The one where Jim gets fed up with Iowa and a job he could care less about so he packs what little he can fit in a backpack and drives without looking back. 

The one where Spock is in bumfuck nowhere on a pointless business trip and misses his flight back home because the cab (Sulu) got a flat tire on the way to the airport. 

The one where Bones is a war veteran having returned from Afghanistan with nothing to come home to because of a divorce. 

And yet the three of them find their own way to Scotty’s cramped diner with Chekov and Uhura as loyal servers one solemn Wednesday night.
